Life is hard and understanding how to live your best life can be a challenge. I am here to help anyone who is struggling with feeling stuck, unhappy, lost, afraid, worried, or overwhelmed.
Life is hard; therapy is hard, but we can work together to help you learn how to make positive changes so you can begin to thrive.
I believe that each of us has a capacity for growth and change, and that healing is possible, even after the hardest experiences.

About Andrea
Andrea is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, licensed in the state of California. After enjoying the sunny Southern California lifestyle for over 15 years, Andrea has moved back to her home state of Georgia.
Andrea earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of West Georgia and went on to work in diverse roles in leadership, support, and advocacy. At the age of 49, Andrea chose to switch gears to embark on a fulfilling ‘second career’ as a therapist and proceeded in completing her Masters in Counseling, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, at Hope International University.
Andrea’s clinical experience has included working with acute and chronic mental illnesses, marginalized populations, inpatient hospitalization, and crisis counseling. Andrea’s current clinical practice primarily focuses on adults navigating mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive and related disorders.
Andrea is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and Certified Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) therapist. She is trained in and uses a variety of therapeutic modalities, including DBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Polyvagal Therapy. She specializes in working with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and grief. Andrea is committed to helping clients navigate and process a range of challenging experiences, empowering them to move forward and to learn how to thrive in their relationships with others and with themselves.
