I believe that each of us has a capacity for growth and change, so I focus on identifying and maximizing the inherent and learned strengths of each client.
I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, primarily focusing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I have a deep understanding of the challenges women face, every day, while navigating multiple roles and responsibilities. I am passionate about helping women find balance in their lives so that they can thrive.

Consultations are a vibe check to see if we may be a good fit and to give you the chance to tell me what you're looking for in therapy. Consultations are 15 minutes long and are done by phone.
Reach out to verify your insurance coverage for therapy sessions.
If you prefer not to use insurance, the rate for an individual therapy session is $160. You may be able to use out-of-network benefits for partial reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider for details.
I currently see clients by telehealth only and do not offer in-person therapy.
I work with individual adult clients, ages 18+. I currently do not provide couples therapy, family therapy or therapy to minors.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.
All sessions are confidential. Generally, the law protects communications between a client and psychotherapist, and no information is disclosed without prior written consent. Exceptions include, but may not be limited to:
· Suspected child, elder, or dependent adult abuse must be reported to authorities.
· Threats of serious harm to others require notifying police and the potential victim.
· Risk of self-harm entails working with you for safety, possibly taking further steps if cooperation is not achieved.
· Using out-of-network insurance benefits means your diagnosis will be included with billing, and your insurance provider may request access to therapy records.
I usually respond within 48 hours.
